In this role, you will support our Product Owners in the vital task of defining "what" we build. You will act as a bridge between high-level business needs and the technical implementation teams, ensuring that every feature is clearly documented and understood. This is a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the healthcare business and the lifecycle of medical software.
Main responsibilities

- Product Risk Management: Identify product risks in defined features and define appropriate risk control measures to mitigate risks that could cause patient harm.
- Operational Agility: Assist Product Owners in the day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring that requirements are ready for development "sprints" and resolving functional doubts.

You will spend time inRetina, refining feature descriptions, product risks, product requirements and ensuring the "definition of ready" is met for the developers.
Under the guidance of yourassigned mentor, you will learn how to balance the needs of different stakeholders while building a strong network across various business areas. It’s a role that combines deep "desk work" (analysis and writing) with constant collaboration and networking.
