They're looking for very specific responses and very specific people. If you don't want to fit the mold or don't want to fake it for the interviews then might as well focus your efforts elsewhere.

Wasn't too great interviewers were consistently late. I didn't appreciate that. After the Second round of interviews I decided not to proceed. All in all terrible experience. Wish it were better.

Strightforward interview, product sense, frameworks, culture fit, behavioral. Lot of pre-interview group zoom calls to learn about Meta and teams, anecdotally a lot of people in their nice kitchens and showing their back yards.
