Structured interview process. Start with a recruiter call, then 2 45 minute case study interviews. If you pass the first interview, you move into another round of 3 case study interviews. Last step is transition into team matching.

Product sense - Build a product for volunteering. Analytical thinking - You work at Instagram Direct Messages and you've built Meta AI. Why did you build it? What metrics will you track for success?
Wasn't too great interviewers were consistently late. I didn't appreciate that. After the Second round of interviews I decided not to proceed. All in all terrible experience. Wish it were better.

Strightforward interview, product sense, frameworks, culture fit, behavioral. Lot of pre-interview group zoom calls to learn about Meta and teams, anecdotally a lot of people in their nice kitchens and showing their back yards.
