Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Jam (which is too much work), Peer, Engineering, Data, and Skip Level.

Mostly about past experiences. Also, some product sense and product strategy questions in their specific area. Very repetitive.
Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Uber (San Francisco, CA) en jun 2025
Entrevista
The interview process was well-structured and consisted of four stages. It began with a recruiter screen to discuss the role and assess general fit. This was followed by a technical product case focused on marketplace dynamics. The next stage included cross-functional interviews with Engineering and Design peers. The final round was with leadership, where they evaluated strategic thinking, product vision, and Uber-specific product intuition. Throughout, the team was responsive, and expectations were clearly set.

“How would you improve the driver experience on Uber in a way that also increases retention?”
It was okay until the "Jam" session. Recruiter was very responsive and nice until not anymore after the hiring manager decide to no move forward.
Jam session was very confusing and misleading, with barely no questions, no guidance jeopardizing the flow.
