Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Jam (which is too much work), Peer, Engineering, Data, and Skip Level.
A lot of people you need to impress and need to align. They seem to be very afraid of pull the trigger and make a decision.

Mostly about past experiences. Also, some product sense and product strategy questions in their specific area. Very repetitive.
Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Uber en nov 2024
Entrevista
I got the interview by emailing the hiring manager. Role was exactly what I did at my company.
First round was a small chat with the hiring manager. It was on what I did and what the role was about.
Second interview was to prepare a presentation and present. I spent a week on this. Presented it to 2 people working on the same project. The presentation went okay but I could sense they wanted me to drill down more on one solution and hatch it out completely. And that was also the feedback.
I got a rejection email soon after that interview.

How do you think you would be able to make this process better?
It was okay until the "Jam" session. Recruiter was very responsive and nice until not anymore after the hiring manager decide to no move forward.
Jam session was very confusing and misleading, with barely no questions, no guidance jeopardizing the flow.
