Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Uber (San Francisco, CA) en dic 2015
Entrevista
Steps:
Day 1: 20 minute phone screen from HR sourcer
Day 1.5: Confirmed Hiring Manager for next business day
Day 2 (non business day) 2hr data analytics test (3.7 out of 5 difficult if advanced in excel). You do not find out results from anyone even if ask hiring manager.
Day 3: Phone Interview with Hiring Manager
Day 4: Case Study Given (PPT and 10 page business impact analysis)
Day 5: Schedule Onsite interview Late evening told to book tickets and will reimburse you.
Day 7: Four hour interview with six people in 30 minute increments. Typical interview questions and go over case study. 15 minutes before even leave email arrived saying didn't move on but didn't specify position applied to or any other specifics.
Week 6 after interview: Reimbursement for expenses after two emails and much help from the HR project coordinator to help this process along.
No follow-up per any of my emails for constructive feedback on how to improve or weak areas to focus on. Only major concern besides the long reimbursement process is more personable and/or specific rejection so there was closure and value gained from the experience.

Pregunta 1
All typical interview questions..see other threads for the data analytical questions.
Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Jam (which is too much work), Peer, Engineering, Data, and Skip Level.
A lot of people you need to impress and need to align. They seem to be very afraid of pull the trigger and make a decision.

Pregunta 1
Mostly about past experiences. Also, some product sense and product strategy questions in their specific area. Very repetitive.
It was okay until the "Jam" session. Recruiter was very responsive and nice until not anymore after the hiring manager decide to no move forward.
Jam session was very confusing and misleading, with barely no questions, no guidance jeopardizing the flow.
