Standard screen interview with hiring manager.
Processed to an interview with the Team Lead. Single worst interview I've ever experienced. The whole interview was an exercise in trying to trip you up with loaded questions that would be impossible to prepare for.
I counted 7 questions related to Uber Eats and their product/business and 1 question about my actual experience. I have 6 years experience in the field and more than qualified for the role. The interviewer actively laughed at me during the interview for 'enjoying the interview'.
Interviewer was 'tired' and had just returned from a holiday, talk about professional!
Proceed to see a linkedin post of this team leader with their team, 99% females within the team ... I think she had an issue greater than work experience.

Applied online, and then had an Internal Recruiter call, there were at least 2 further steps to the process, including a task to complete. Didn't get to those stages to know exactly what was involved
Was quite thrown off by how formal the HR Recruiter made the first call - they immediately went super formal and didn't allow for much rapport build at the beginning. Super structured questions back to back - not really given much chance to bounce off one another
They then shifted into situational questions which I thought was quite odd for the first round of an interview process with a recruiter
