Generally, process was well-built and fast.
I went through 3 stages: basic skype interview where i described myself, professional achievements and work experience. In the second stage i was offered to take analytical test, which consist of 32 questions. 28 of them based on excel calculations and 4 more creative.
Then I got a call and Uber offered me Operations and Logistics manager because in my town, they decided not to hire a separate General Manager.

Was very rude treatment, late start, joining halfway through a case presentation asking questions that have already been covered.
This was after 1 week of preparation and several rounds on interviews.
Took weeks between each interaction. Guess it was because they hadn't decided 100% to move into the market where I'm located, but still. Ended up with nothing that I guess was the best for both parties.
