I had a positive experience. The Sourcing Manager reached out to me directly to expand her team. She was passionate and personable. My phone screen with her was a delight! After my chat with her, I had interviews with a fellow sourcer and recruiting partners. Everyone was amazing!

Interview with the recruiter, then interview with the hiring manager, if that goes well you'll move to a final round with 4 one on one interviews with the hiring manager (this one will be a live case), two of their peers and a principal sourcer.
Keep in mind that their sourcing model is around pipeline management, they are a very data-driven team and use market information and historical data like time to fill, so it's a very strategic role.

Hiring manager asks the candidates to walk him through the typical day/work, the process, what platforms used to source, any sourcing experience, how to handle reach outs, how to handle ambiguous situations with tight deadlines and what was the end result and motivation
Imagine we had to find the top 10 sr. Software engineers in Latin America; how would you go about finding those engineers? (Looking for sourcing strategy and prioritization here)
What are some ways in which you’ve been inclusive in your search strategy, when hiring for a market that has low representation? How do you source for diversity, where would you go?
Can you describe a time when you had a difficult negotiation with a hiring manager/team? What outcome did you reach, and what do you think was important in reaching that outcome?
Live exercise was around the lines of how would you go about if you had to build a sales org where you have to hire 50 people in 6 months, 25 in SF , 25 in NYC and you have 1 recruiter, 1 recruiter coordinator and the Head of sales as HM and you have unlimited budget
multi-processed group interviews with group assignments to assess how people contribute, interact, delegate and share with one another. Often times the group of five or more individuals were given a problem or task and set to their own devices while the interviewer watched the conversation and chimed in periodically with thoughts or ideas
