It is a role within Uber Eats. It took 6 weeks in total. They asked me to do a fairly big and complicated case study and have it present at the final interview with three panelists. It went well in my opinion but I didn't hear from them for almost three weeks after that until the HR told me they have decided to close this position for this year. It is very unprofessional that you asked your candidate to go through all the process and finish a case study (with powerpoint and calculations, etc.) and ended up telling them you are not hiring anymore. I didn't receive any feedback from the hiring team about my presentation either. It got me thinking they were just interviewing people to ask for their ideas and use them for their job. I will never apply for any role in Uber and use any of their products.

Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round

Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting
