Over 2 week process. Recruiter was out of office. Waste of time and energy into the assessment that is required. Whole process was very unprofessional. Recruiters even have a follow call to review why you didn’t get the job. No formal letter specific to you , just a generic email.

Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round

Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting
