Applied with an Employee referral and set up a technical phone interview a few weeks after. Company recruiter was helpful and sent links about interview process. Phone interview went well using an online IDE for real-time code review. Was supposed to get an in-office interview but hiring manager said they didn't have the headcount in the office I was applying.
