Interview with the hiring manager it lasted 40 minutes we talked about several topics like my experience and background also I was asked how I would act in different situations. I am still waiting for interview results.

The whole process took 2 month since my first interview to the offer The steps were: 1 - Recruiter call - backround check 2 - Excel test 3 - HR call - similar to first call 4 - 2 remote interviews with people with similar positions at other countries 5 - remote interview with country manager 6 - Creative excercise - prepare presentation 7 - Interview with senior manager and panel presentation of the excercise Interview with another senior manager 8 - Interview with senior manager 9 - Interview with future boss After that I received an email from the recruiter telling me that they wanted me on the team and asked me information about my current compensation in order to make me an offer. Some days later we had a skype call where she told me about the offer and allowed me to ask any questions I had about it. The overall process is fine but some of the interviews were canceled at last moment because of interviewers had some sort of problem.
