No processo seletivo, primeiramente tem a seleção de currículos, logo apos uma entrevista com uma pessoa do RH, depois fiz mais três entrevistas com pessoas diferentes, esse processo demorou em média duas semanas. As perguntas que fizeram estão dentro do que se espera em uma entrevista para o cargo e alguns dos entrevistadores fizeram simulações de supostas situações que podem ocorrer no dia a dia dentro da empresa.

After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.

Recruiter never called during the scheduled time for our phone interview. When I reached out to reschedule, she ignored me and cancelled the rescheduled call. Very unprofessional, especially considering that they reached out to me in the first place
