Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Uber (San Francisco, CA) en feb 2013
Entrevista
For the most it was a pretty standard interview process with some additional hands on excel testing. Overall it was very smooth and the internal recruiter was very communicative along the way about next steps, etc.
First round was a phone interview with the internal recruiter, who was very friendly and helpful. Next was a second phone interview with the Finance manager who natrually went into more detail.
Final round interview was a two-step Excel test at the office. First, I was asked to create a dynamic pricing model for a hypothetical expansion scenario with functionality to measure the effect on profit from changing various input drivers. Next we walked through an old expense forecasting model the company used to use, and I was asked to simply talk about some of the ways the model could be improved.
All in all it the process took just a few weeks and was handled very professionally.

Excel test was a bit unexpected. I was anticipating some technical questions, but I assumed they would come in the form of general conversation (not a hands on model build).
First round: initial phone call with recruiter;
second round: phone interview with hiring manager; standard resume walkthrough and behavior questions;
third round: case study presentation and zoom interview with hiring manager and another manager from finance department
