I applied to Uber via their website after being referred. About one week later I received an email to sign up for a phone interview. I received the call for my phone interview nearly 10 minutes late. The connection was very poor and grainy and I had I trouble hearing him. 15 minutes later, when I was asking questions about the role, I was receiving one-sentence answers or "I don't know." I felt like I was being rushed to get off the phone - it was very disappointing.

There was around two weeks between every interview due to interviewer availability. It started with a phone screen, and then the hiring manager. After that, I was asked to complete a case study and present to a panel. I did not get an offer, but the experience overall was good.

First round was a hiring manager interview that was a mix of behaviourals and questions on how I would tackle certain problems
Second round was a series of 3 interviews with cross functional stakeholders each focusing on a topic (e.g. problem solving, stakeholder management/ collaboration)
Third round was a take home case study presented to the Head of Growth

Tell me about a time you had to influence your cross functional stakeholders to see things you way / adopt your proposal
The process was clear, and the recruiter was nice. Along the process, you will start seeing some senior, but very unengaging interviewers. They always seem to be obviously working on something else during the interview, and look for fixed answers even for open questions.
