Fast and easy, fill out the application form and then wait for a response. They will ask for drivers license, car info, insurance info and desired schedule. After that they will create an account for you and you can get started with driving for them at your own pace.

straight forward, nothing much actually kind of easy as you just drive and they watvh your safety driving, you should have a uber liscence though and then you can star working althoug the pay nowadays is terrible idk who they think they are
