It was very casual. Friendly, and approachable interviewers. Spoke to a recruiter first, and then the hiring manager 2nd. Didn't get asked to interview with anyone else afterward. They connect with you on Linkedin still, though, which I find kind of awkward if they aren't offering you the position.
