Interviewed initially with the HR/recruiter, did a medium/hard online coding test for about 2 hours. After that I was asked to do a retention case study and make two different presentations from the insights which took a week. I presented the insights to the data science team and got great feedbacks. Later I was asked to interview during my vacation as otherwise the interviewers will be on vacation. So I reluctantly did what they asked and went through two interviews during my vacation, after which I was ghosted for a month until they told me that they went with “another candidate “. Throughout the process I really got a very bad feeling about this place and recommend everyone to stay away. If they can’t treat their candidate with respect, I don’t think it would be much better for their employees.
