There are 4 stages: Initial screening, competency test (related to the position you're applying for), interview with team members, interview with CEO. I believe (and could be wrong) that they have in-house psych evaluators who will review the skills test to see if they believe you fit the company culture based not on what your answer is, but how you answer. In practice, I like this idea although I would probably make a few adjustments on the process. My overall impression for their process is very favorable.
