Lengthy process 5 rounds of interviewing with different people.
The process involved 5 different occasions meeting recruiters and other stakeholders. the question were not that hard if you have basic experience as must wanted to know how you solve difficult situation around calendar management, candidate experience, culture and organisation and admin skills. all their system are made by the meta so you couldn't have had any experience in using them unless you worked for the company previously.

The process was very streamlined, and for the role, I thought fairly easy if you've done the role in the past.
As follows:
1.Email requesting availability
2. PreScreen with Recruiter
3.Test
4.Interview with Hiring Manager
5.Panel three people
6.Got a call for the offer but declined for a different role at Meta
Very fast and quick recruiting process. Recruiting was responsive and was able to move me along quickly. They really took time out of their day to make sure that I was going to be successful in my interviews
