The process was as most people have described: 1. Initial phone interview 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Interview with four other cross-functional members 4. Final offer (if applicable) Everyone was kind and in good spirits for the majority of the interviews. Be sure to come prepared with very detailed and timely examples of the work that you do and how you work cross-functionally with other teams. I would also make sure to speak in generalities or make sure that your skills are transferrable. In one of the interviews, I had a difficult time articulating how my work in content management related to the job duties of the position I was applying for.
