Multiple stages, screening, hiring manager, panel. Good transparency about the whole process and what they're looking for. Slow, takes up to a couple months end to end, including the first screening and through to the offer stage.

Multiple rounds. The first round with the recruiter, the second round with the immediate supervisor of the position, third round with 4 people throughout the world each focusing on a different area. The entire process was remote and took place over 2 days due to the location of first interviewer in Singapore. Then the other 3 were back to back and rather intense.

This review is a couple months overdue (currently hiring is slowed down and legal does not appear to be hiring). It was a smooth interview process with the on-site following the STAR method. It took a while to hear back but when I did, recruiter called first, which I really appreciated!
