Job fair at my school, i went over to the facebook desk and ask few questions to the lady and then they ask if i will like a interview for a graphic design job, i said yes.
Long and painful on purpose. Expect long interviews, including skill tests, back to back. They won’t accommodate for your time zone. Lots of recruiter coaching, way more than typical. Expect at least six or seven touchpoints in all.
I had 2 interviews before they decided to stop with the process. It was very standard. Nowadays for a design job you have a lot of interviews and it's a very long process.
