The whole recruitment process took +4 months. Interviewers always came 5-10 minutes late and finished the interview at the exact time it was supposed to be finished because they had to empty the room etc. After the final interview, it took 3 weeks and the hiring manager wanted to have 15 minutes call. After that, 3 weeks and 2 unsuccessful follow-ups. After investing so much time, I was told that I was rejected. The main disappointment was that they do not respect the candidates time and effort. Kept leaving in a dark for 6 weeks.
