Entrevista
This was a tricky interview. I was called to the London office and told to bring along my portfolio, i did. I presented my work and had an 'app' review with another designer.
I week later i was told i did not get the job, when i tried to press for answers i didn't get any. I got a blanket email explaining all the reasons why they cannot give specific feedback.
I went back to my life and then a week later i got a rather apologetic phone call from the same in house recruiter telling me i in fact had not been rejected but that was a human error and that i was still part of the interview process.
Next she told me without asking the specific feedback details from my last interview a few weeks back, it had all been written down. They just don't send it to you, what the hell.
She once again apologised and asked if i could come back for an interview but this time with a different team, i said sure.
The recruiter told me i would be there for half a day and that i would be presenting for the first part, then a portfolio review and then finally a white board session with a designer.
I was so excited, however instead of the interview being in the next week as planned so i could get my presentation together they told me i HAD to do it on Monday, so i only had the weekend to pull everything together. This would have normally been ok but i was moving at the same time. They really didn't seem to care.
I suffer from strong panic attacks and anxiety, i was so scared that i had to present. Luckily the recruiter was nice enough to include in am email everything they would like to see. So i followed it as much as i could.
At the start of my presentation i explained how i suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, the room fell silent and people just started down. The rest of the presentation was awkward.
I didn't get the job, the feedback i received was that they really wanted to hire me but they just weren't sure i would be a 'fit' for the company. So there you go folks, don't go taking about your mental health problems at work or to potential employers because they WILL discriminate you.

Straightforward like any big tech interview, but long and intense. Formats are pretty standardized so it just takes practice. Questions appear like it's from a bank, so if you're prepared you should be fine.

I was reached out by a recruiter. Started with the recruiter call, then portfolio presentation, then full loop (Portfolio presentation - app critique - design challenge - background). They had very strong emphasis on design craft and visual excellence. Recruiter who helped me prep was very nice and helpful.
Typical interview process consisting of multiple rounds—Pre-screen, Portfolio Presentation, Full-Loop (Presentation, App Crit, Whiteboard Challenge and Behavioral) - Felt I did really well, and I got great feedback during the rounds but ultimately received no offer.
