I applied online, was contacted by a recruiter roughly two weeks after, and had a phone screening followed by a phone interview, and lastly an in-person interview with multiple team members who emphasized different aspects of the role. All in all, the process took roughly a month. My overall impression was mixed, as it didn't seem like the team knew exactly what the role entailed, which therefore made it difficult for the recruiter to explain the role. I think it would have also felt a little more inviting if they gave a brief tour of the campus, let alone the building. Everyone I met with was extremely nice and I am definitely still hopeful to find another opportunity.
