The Meta Production Engineer interview process was structured and challenging. It started with recruiter screening, followed by technical rounds focused on coding, Linux/system troubleshooting, production debugging, and system design. The interviews tested not only technical knowledge, but also how clearly I could reason through ambiguous production issues, communicate tradeoffs, and stay calm while debugging under pressure.
