Ridiculous long and pointless. Met with 6 other people after the HR manager. They love that STAR interview method. Which is a behavioral technique which I find somewhat pointless as it doesn't yield truthful answer. If you are asked about a specific scenario, most people make their answer based on what they think the interview wants to hear rather than what actually happened.
