The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a call with a recruiter. The next round was an interview with the hiring manager about experience and overall fit.

Entrevista
1st interview with the hiring manager walking hin trough my experience, knowledge and education. 30min.
2nd interview: loop:
- 1st: more behavioural: questions related to how I act in different situations, but also asking me about my previous experiences while working with colleagues.
- 2nd: a spreadsheet to explore and identify issues. Questions about working with data and data collection.
-3rd: Talking about the data collection and the audio lab environment.
This was my first experience interviewing for a big tech company, and even though I did not get the job, it was a very nice experience to have. The people at Meta are committed to making the process a nice experience, so I'm deeply grateful for that.
I applied through their contingent worker contract job Page. A external recruiter reached out to me. I had a initial phone interview with the recruiter and a follow up interview with my now supervisor.
