Step 1 Call with Recruiter, Step 2 Virtual Interview and prepare a presentation, Step 3 Virtual Interview with 2 Talent Reps at the location you applied for. There is a 4th step but I didn't make it past the 3rd for some reason even though everything pointed to it being a really great interview with all that I encountered. Nothing seemed off and I left each interview feeling more confident that I would be moving on and that those who interviewed me seemed impressed with my knowledge and experience and even commented on how they were impressed.
