Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en LinkedIn (Mountain View, CA) en sept 2013

First discussion was with the recruiter, who provided some background on the individuals in the group, the purpose for hiring for the position (i.e. more info than "we're busy / last person moved on), the culture of the company and the group. They also asked about my current role and salary. Comp in my industry is fairly well known so I wasn't too fussed about disclosing this early.
There were some emails from a recruiting coordinator to deal with interview logistics.
The first round consisted of 4 one-on-one interviews. Pretty standard questions. They were trying to determine if my skill set, experiences, etc were genuine or if I fluffed my CV. They were also getting a sense as to my personality to see if I'd be a good fit for the team and the company.
The first day ended with a short discussion with the recruiter. The recruiting coordinator contacted me later that day to set up the 2nd round of interviews.
The second consisted of 4 one-on-one interviews, one of which was someone from round 1. Again, pretty standard, though the questions were a bit more detailed.
The second day ended with me just leaving campus. The recruiter later phoned to tell me I would receive an offer that week pending reference checks.

I think all of their questions were pretty standard.
I didn't expect that they would spend so much time having more of a conversation about me. I got the sense that personality and fit within your group and potential coworkers is just as important as whether your education, skills and experience are sufficient to complete the job.
The HR contact was extremely unresponsive through the process of confirming interviews / providing links. Person who I talked to after HR was eating during interview. Weird experience that I won’t move forward with if/when HR gets back.

It was a four stage, structured interview process. The talent lead was fantastic in keeping me informed of what should be expected, what are the key topics people are looking for and across timelines.

It’s generally ok. It’s important to show passion and fit to the company’s culture. and of course show knowledge relevant to the role and done research on the company prior to interview.
