I was given coaching on Amazon’s interview style and provided cheat sheets. The interview was much less about who are you? What do you want at this point in your career? And it was more of an assessment of “can you complete xyz tasks error-free.” I felt like a number.

This was for a contract position. I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter, then was setup with and interview quick with the AWS team, It was just 1 step, 30 minute interview with Senior Recruiter. just 1 zoom call, got the offer the following week and started 3 weeks after that.
