Focused on Amazons principles and how they relate to the role you have applied to, how you have showcased them in your previous role to see if you can fit into the culture.
The interview process included a very challenging simulation assessment, with day-in-the-life examples for the role. This took around one hour to complete, then a personality assessment which was another 20 minutes.
