Houve uma primeira triagem no site na parte de curriculo, então um bate e volta de vagas pois meu perfil cabia melhor em outra que estava abrindo, depois entrevista e então um bate e volta de documentos. Houve entrevistas com vários gestores brasileiros durante o processo e quem organizou tudo foi uma recruiter estrangeira.

They asked me behavioural questions. I had two interview back to back, the first interviewer was nice, the second one more challanging. They never responded my emails after the interview and did not give feedbacks
First call was a recruiter screening then the interview was a super day of 2 back to back 1 hr interview calls. What’s nice is that they prep you before your interview with what to expect on a webinar style call. All questions were behavioral.
