There are multiple rounds and you have to clear them to get an offer. Made it to 2nd round. The interviewer focussed on my experiences, and expected responses in STAR (situation/ Task/ Action/ result) format.

Submitted resume via Amazon's job site. About 4 weeks later received an email checking on interest. After an initial phone interview with the Recruiter, then had a subsequent phone interview with a peer. That interview was logic based to determine how you think, your background, and what the position was to entail. At that time, I had decided it was not the best positional fit for me overall with what I wanted to pursue going forward so I did not undergo the next phone interview and instead talked with the recruiter.
