The initial step was an online accounting assessment. Received results almost immediately. Followed by competency based interview with hiring manager . This was based on leadership principles. Interviewer allowed me to ask questions at the start.

Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.
