Screening by hiring manager followed by call with recruiter then final loop of 5 back to back 1 hour interviews. Very unprofessional throughout the entire process. The recruiter asked me if I think I can pass background checks if extended an offer? As if they thought I were some kind of criminal? And then the recruiter also discussed a way below market salary range and said if I didn't agree to that salary, they'd cancel the final interview loop. Multiple interviewers were over 10 minutes late during the final loop which demonstrates a lack of respect. Then after all of that time, they sent a generic email rejecting me several weeks later despite having a 5 day SLA.

It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
