One phone screening asking general questions about my background and education and other standard application questions followed by one long video interview that lasted around and hour and a half where you are interviewed by 3 different people.
during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.
