Amazon will hire all candidates they feel are a good fit for the role, Amazon does not provide feedback after your interview.
· If you lack work experience (which is okay!), use examples from school, group projects, sports teams, and clubs you have been a part of to answer questions. The interviewers will be looking for transferable skills.
· Expect follow-up questions from the interviewers, because we would like to know more about you and learn more about your previous experiences.
· Your interviewers are all leaders in the business. Come prepared with a list of questions that you would like to ask about the role and its impact at Amazon.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
