The interview process was pretty standard for a fang. You apply online, the recruiter reaches out if the hiring manager is interested. You do an initial interview with the recruiter, if you pass you do an interview/role discussion with the hiring manager. Following that, I did several loops with members of the team. STAR based behavioural questions.

Tell me about a time you worked cross functionally on a project
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
