Entrevista
After applying, I was invited to complete a Online Assessment. In the OA, 2 technical questions were asked. The first one was related to array manipulation and the second one to RegEx. I passes 9/15 test cases on the first and only 3/15 on the second. Despite this, I was invited to a interview. The interview had a behavioral part and a technical part. I found most optimal solution to the technical problem, and seemed to perform good in the behavioral part, but was rejected after the interview.

Pregunta 1
On the behavioral questions, I had to answer using the STAR method. One of the questions was: "Tell me about a time you didn't have time to consider all options and had to make a choice". On the technical part, I had to calculate annual salary for a number of years based on input and insert these values in a hashmap, then return this hashmap.
Hackerrank round first and then two LC questions as the final round (BFS/DFS medium). Also had a behaviour component, testing the leadership principles and how my experiences aligned with them.
Expect one behavioral LP question followed by a leetcode medium or hard for two rounds. Be prepared to answer in depth on the behavioral questions and review LeetCode’s list of questions from Amazon.

HR interview, then I had 1 45 minute coding round with 10 minutes behavioral and 35 minutes coding. Behavioral round was typical star format questions probing at leadership principles. Ex. Tell me about a time you took initiative and it didn’t work out.
