I has a phone screen. Two person panel interview over the phone. Then a 6 hour interview with 5 different Amazonians in the same day. Exhaustive process which took more than 2 months. They require a ton of prework, preread, and story preparation for their interviews. So you are interviewed the Amazon way. Then, after putting more than 2 months into THEIR process. I was declined. OK, I get it, I was not the best candidate. But they refuse to give anyone feedback on how we performed during the interview process or things to improve on. I would never apply at this company again. The juice is not worth the squeeze!

Tell me a time when you wanted to make a change at work and you knew your boss would be obstinate to that change. And what did you do to effectuate the change.
HR reschedule the interview, and had no response for a very long time. After I got invitation for second round, the position has already been filled. The interview process itself went smoothly.
Moderate: should be well versed with risk and fraud identification techniques which varies for industries. Knowledge in mitigation, project management, stakeholder communication is a must. Familiarity in intelligence tools, open sources will be an added advantage. SQL for data extraction is a must. Visualisation tool familiarity is also a plus.
