They send you in advance the Amazon Values as they want you to provide examples of how did you applied these values along your career. The HR is very cold during interview, she don't use the webcam and put random questions about the Amazon values I mentioned below or data/numbers related to your performance in your previous or current jobs (KPIs, $ saved/invested, etc...), jumping from a topic to another without a precise thread

Good experience all around. Never ended up getting hired when I first interviewed. They were fair and let me know some reasons why they didn't. I was also younger and newer to interviewing for companies.
