Very structured. Every person I spoke with was asking questions using the same script. It feel as if there was no room for innovation or fun even though the company principles says otherwise. So I questioned myself If I am successful would I be able to have my own style. So I had mixed feelings during the interview. On the positive side they were all on time and feedback was given via phone even though I was not offered the position, which I really appreciated as not many companies phone you. Usually they sent an email and thats it.
