It was an interview process which consisted of talking to people who may or may not be able to offer me a role at the end of the interview process

First stage phone interview is based on competency questions. Second stage in-person interview is four 45 minute sessions with a mix of competency questions and case studies. This is conducted in on day with a 45 minute break between the 2nd and 3rd interviews.
