Two back to back interviews. (25min each) both on different leadership principles, but the principles that they choose will be different and random. Overall pretty laid back interview, try to connect with your interviewer if you can

Tell me about yourself. | Tell me about a challenging situation that had multiple solutions. Why did you chose that solution and what was the result?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
