I got an email from recruiter and then scheduled an interview for the role. Pretty straight forward. Interviewer arrived 10 mins late apologized and asked me 2 behavioral questions . However, Towards then end i asked the interviewer what are you doing to make sure people are taken care of specially now with COVID. I was not satisfied with the answer. It seemed like i asked him something which they never ever discussed ( Management in my last company spent significant time trying to come up with ideas to support employees through these tough times.), I am sure working for amazon would be satisfying but i don't think they really care for their employees.
