5 hours of interviews with 5+ people. They use STAR method. Questions are based on their leadership principals. They think they are objective in their assessment and comparison of candidates. In reality, it's subjective just like everywhere else.

Tell me about a time when you overcame a difficult task.
5 interviews in a row with a break in the middle. 4 are people you will work with, 1 is from another team and offers an outsider's perspective both for you and the other interviewers once they debrief.
Did one phone interview and one Zoom interview before the day of 5 rounds of virtual interviews. The rounds of interviews were intense, every round has story questions that relate to the values and then some have technical or linguistic problems to analyze.
