Interview process was quite long. The fact that their recruitment didn't read through salary expectations is a very big flaw in dragging people along for the process. I went through 3 rounds of interviews, each round they had asked what my expected salary was.

first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
